Easter

Easter was small with only Paige with us this year. She was so excited about her Easter dress she did not take it off all day. We went to church but I was feeling so bad I was laying my head on Jacob all through Sacrament so I went home early. After I rested I went with Jacob to his cousin Jennifer Morris's house. They have a beautiful house and we enjoyed meeting everyone. Paige got to hunt for eggs and she got into it this year. We also got to go to Grandma and Grandpa Richards' house for dessert. Paige and Andy had a great time together while the adults talked. I love having so much family around and I am so greatful that we can celebrate and remember all that Christ has done for us.

Easter Parties

Paige and I made it to both Easter parties at Savannah and Kaylie's school. We got lots of treats and the girls loved playing with Paige at their desks.

Grandpa Krumm

We all visited Great Grandpa Krumm for the first time since the funeral on his birthday. The kids made him a card and brought flowers from our backyard. We all miss him but still remember our good memories.

Happy 92nd Birthday Grandpa!

We all celebrated with Grandpa Richards on his 92nd birthday. He looks awesome for his age and so does Grandma. We are so blessed to have such healthy Grandparents that are always there for us. We love them both so much. Here is a picture of Grandpa is hi chair with some of his Great Grandchildren. We love you Grandpa!

Abby's Birthday Party

Abby invited all the kids to Rollerama to celebrate turning 6! The kids were still not feeling well but they did not want to miss out. We have been fighting this aweful cold and cough. I am the only one left with it now going on a week and a half. The kids found energy to skate and we found a way for Nate to scate alone, the rollerblades are so much easier! We all had a great time. Thanks Abby!

Our Garden

We finally did it! We planted a garden on the side of the house. The kids helped prepare the ground, pick out the plants at the nursery (72 plants) and also planted most of them. They did very good and they are so excited about all the food they will be growing in their back yard. They kept saying it will probably work this time. We tried seeds last time and forgot to water them but we are going to do better with a drip system daddy is going to set up from the sprinkler system. Wish us luck!

Nate is Student of the Month!

We got to celebrate at Chuckie Cheese again for Student of the Month. Jacob did it alone this time because I had a party to go to. He stayed there for over three hours and they had a great time.

Softball

Savannah started softball this year. She is having a great time and doing pretty good considering she has never played before. Jacob has made it to the practices and games and is helping her with her skills. I love seeing them have fun learning together.

Omar Krumm

Grandpa Krumm died a couple of weeks ago and we all miss him. He was a man that was so possitive and he loved life. He loved his wife Lois, he loved to dance, sing and gamble. He will be missed by all who knew him. We just had family leave Bakersfield. All of Jacob's family came into town and we got to spend time together. Here is a picture of all the great grandchildren playing red light green light at a dinner we had before the funeral. This picture is missing a couple but most of them were playing. They had a great time together. We really enjoyed seeing all of the family together.
